Crownbridge School, Croesyceiliog About the building The £7.7m Crownbridge School in Croesyceiliog near Cwmbran, provides a modern, flexible, special-educational-needs teaching and learning facility for pupils (aged 3-19) with a range of physical and learning disabilities. Specialist facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, life skills apartments and sensory garden, under floor wheel chair tracks and extensive hoisting systems. To meet the aspirations of Torfaen County Borough Council and Crownbridge School, the school was designed with the aim of achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
