Over the past 12 months, the Green Star – Performance Technical Working Group (TWG) has been working to develop credit criteria for the new rating tool, and the GBCA is now seeking expressions of interest from building management teams for involvement in the BETA testing of draft credits. BETA testing will form the last phase of development for Green Star – Performance prior to its release as a PILOT rating tool, and will involve testing of the proposed credit criteria. The GBCA is seeks to work with teams who have not been involved in the credit development process in order to gain wider industry feedback on the content of the rating tool and credit requirements, as they are applied to buildings with a diverse range of uses.
