The UK Green Building Council has launched a new publication detailing the experiences of participants in its “Wellbeing Labs” initiative, conducted through the WorldGBC’s Better Places for People project. The Wellbeing Labs are a core part of UK-GBC’s work on health and wellbeing. They comprised a seven-month knowledge exchange programme designed to guide participants through measuring and implementing health, wellbeing, and productivity principles in offices, using the framework first outlined in WorldGBC’s 2014 landmark report Health, Wellbeing and Productivity in Offices . The 11 participants - which included Better Places for People sponsors Skanska and ARUP, and regular contributor to the project (and WorldGBC Corporate Advisory Board member) JLL – met on a regular basis to discuss real-life projects in a collective and collaborative learning process.
