Bill Gates Announces Funding for Seawater-Spraying Cloud Machines

Well, there's an awful lot of fear in here. The research for these vessels has been ongoing for the better part of 50 years. This Flettner vessel is powered by wind. Dr. Stephen Salter who's petitioned this specific project has researched the influences this method of cloud seeding could have, namely salt fall-off and marine life interaction.
