The 110m2 project has been built with reinforced concrete and blockwork with external insulation, and offers a contemporary, bright and spacious design. To help blend in with the surrounding Edwardian street there is a ‘living wall’ and the lower storey has been sunk below street level so that 50% of the building’s total volume is hidden. Heat recovery ventilation Green Building Store designed, supplied and commissioned the PAUL Novus 300 MVHR system at the project.
