The guide, touted as a “roadmap for working on sustainable projects,” is intended for users of the AIA Contract Documents program who may need to amend or better understand contractual language relating to sustainability. It also covers current trends that have changed the legal landscape for contractors and design teams, such as design-build, construction management, and integrated project delivery.
